DDR Hottest Party 2 Somehow You Found Me FC AA foot only.

I don't know who made the chart for this song, but they need to be forced to play this one song ALL DAY nonstop without a break until it sinks in that this is NOT how you chart a song. I have never been so scared to do a crossover on a song in all my damn days of DDR. What makes this even worse is that the song itself is GREAT! (seriously, Rock on Christina, Rock on!) If this were to ever get revived down the road I seriously hope that the chart is redone.

I can't do these on the mats, i have to use the arcade floors or whatever you call them, if it was like the arcade this would be cake.

I'd have a hard time on this too if I did this on a stock mat. Granted I do, but it's with some homemade edits to make it more playable at higher levels.

I'm not the kind of smart person who can do that sort of thing, my best ideas have probably been socks so as not to have your feet stick to the mat

I use socks myself. Doesn't feel comfortable with bare feet IMO. That and there's the sticking issue too.

Now my homemade edit isn't really an edit to the pad. All I did was create a surface for it that'll cost less than $15 to make and it doesn't involve any electronics knowledge. The big thing is that it aids in knowing where the arrows on the pad are at all times. Overstepping is the no.1 thing that causes the pad to turn and this prevents that from happening as much.

Segment from 0:57 onwards (step step jump) till the sequence of steps is annoying... Actually, all of the double steps are annoying and if it weren't for those, the song would be more enjoyable chart-wise.

You know, looking back on it all, for all the complaining I did about quite a few of these charts, I'll give them this much. They'll really test your DDR chops. That's not to say that I've done a complete 180 in terms of thought, but there's no denying that charts like those got me better at the game.

Oh, most definitely. Many charts feature advanced techniques and that in itself is very commendable. I improved thanks to HP1 and HP2 after months of playtime. Somehow You Found Me is STILL a really hard chart, IMO. It's the jumps that make this chart murder!
