  • This guy doesn't work out hard at all. He does squats with a 10lb dumbbell, fucking pathetic.

  • i'm curious to see how this series ended... how did he do after the 12 weeks total? Great job to the guy though for sticking it out! honestly, thats amazing progress

  • You guys should do more of these episodes with your regular clients. It reveals how hard you actually have to workout to see progressive results. Most people seem to think that doing a 30 minute cardio session at 60% HR three times a week will get the job done.
