Wonderful! I'm a board member of the Albany Vegetarian Network Inc. and we support NY's Capital Region Vegetarian Expo, in part, for exactly this reason - it's so wonderful to see that people around the world get it! I already told Al Gore via letter but since his family raises cattle for slaughter, I doubt he really cares. WE - each of us- has to change the world one by one. Time's a wasting! 1.1 Billion people dont have acess to clean and safe drinking water. The person who made this should do some more research. Like I said: 80% Of the worlds freshwater, is used to water crops. Know your facts.

20,000 liters of water is used to produce 1 pound of beef. Well did you know that 80% of the freshwater in the WORLD is used to water crops? Thats well over 20 times the amount of water used to feed livestock. How could we possibly sustain enough crops for a vegan planet, if we use that much water when vegans are a vast minority? Pesticides on Crops, plays a massive role in water pollution, and destroying eco-systems, it is a double edged sword, meat isnt the enemy to the environment, humans are
