Here in Nova Scotia, my mother had bypass surgery at age 72 (in less than 3 days from emergency admission BTW) and lived on to die at 82. I'm almost 60 and had a lesion removed going from a GP to an otolaryngologist to suregry all within 16 days. Basically you get treatment when you need it based on the seriousness of your condition. Shona Holmes had a non life threatening benign cyst. People with REAL brain tumours got treatment before her.

Don't bother using data or statistics with our conservative counterparts. They like to cherrypick horror stories so they can believe they're on the right side of a an issue. Sample size=1.

You could have said some bit of your views in your comment, but you demurred on doing that.
No matter what you stand for, it doesn't change the fact that Corporate America OWNS the Senate.The absurd aspect of the health care debate is that PhRMA, AMA, ANA, AARP, US Chamber of Commerce, AFSCME, etc. etc. are all behind one of the five bills going through Congress.
The only group against all of these bills?
'Conservatives for Patients' Rights' - a front for the Republican National Committee.

she did not have a brain tumor, this is total BS. Look her up her name is shona holmes. she had a denign cyst called Rathke's cleft cyst. glad these losers are putting her on tv lieing. hope she got paid well to talk trash about FREE medical. how could free medical work anyway, only canada, england france and a load of other countries do it jsut fine. usa has a higher infant mortality rate then south america. thats wherer all there money goes i guess
