  • Cool. Never seen this dance before. I saw a similar dance though on Barney (yah the purple dinosaur, like years ago XD), but they wore the royal costume.

  • really you seen this on barney? cuz like this dance was like created about 6 years ago. and it's a folk dance so they wouldn't be wearing royal costumes. but who knows maybe it was something else.

  • Yeah. I'm serious, it was on Barney. I think from 1998 or earlier. XD And it was probably performed by the troupes there on the east coast like from Lowell or Rhode Island or DC.

  • weird cuz i looked up this dance and they said its new but maybe there's one similar to this one oyu sure it wasn't thai?

  • I'm sure it was Khmer because they said it was a Cambodian dance. They wore the same costume like in Joun Por with the rot klao and use the Chinese-style umbrellas.

  • wow that's crazy i got to see that, that would be really hard to do with a rot klao I'd think might fall off or something.

  • "Robam Tang Yuu" is a flirting dance between the fellas and the ladies. Not seeing the fellas on stage with the ladies makes the dance look odd. Nice job performing ladies!!! What happened to the fellas anyways, they chickened out or what? A group of friends and I performed this dance in high school (senior year), we ROCKED!!! Brought the audiences of mix nationalities to their feet.

  • nice good job!!!! i dink linda bun told me she waz in dis vid dancing if im not mistaken?!

  • i did this for thanksgiving comin up i am goin to do it ayay!

  • Seriously, I want to see it too!!

  • Actually this dance isn't that new. My mom said she performed it in the camps...a long time ago. I think that it was just recreated 6 years ago, though. It's a dance about the girls in Pailin, if I am not mistaken.

  • Hahaha. Imagine if they had use the apsara crown. XD Crazy..
