Add info: i charge my charging battery with conventional charger, than try the SSG experiment again.

Now the voltage of my charging battery is 10 V.

I used normal conventional charger, what is most interesting, in manual i saw that i need about 8 hours to fully charge my 12V battery, heh but in reality it took ONE HOUR to bring it to a good voltage!!!

nice set up,try a different output battery , i had the same problem when discharged so low, the circuit saw it as a dead short/high resistance. Also since the neon is lit all the time there could be problems, one - the neon is the wrong type (should not ignite unless there is 80/90v present) or two - the coil has a short. You get used to checking these things after a while , it happens a lot :), so check continuity of windings and that they do not cross. after that resistors then pot then 3055.

IF you are reading the bedini yahoo mailinglist group , you should check it out, i just send my measurements and evaluation of gathered data!

@BEDINSSGUKRAINE neon is good then. when i measure resistance between my run and trigger it does not get a reading (they are not connected together) 1kohm seems high to me someone else might give their readings but i would be expecting 6-8 ohms per coil. I would swap out the 3055 and potentiometer after trying a different battery

You better check up the connection to charge battery.

Usually is like that when there is to much resistance (broken potentiometer). I use this to charge small AA and similar batteries. This noise is usually the sing of self oscillation. Check the resistance on the potentiometer.
