@CriticalPedagogy and from what I read in a Time magazine article, he actually dodged the draft faking mental illness. Hmmm...the whole dynamic makes me wonder. I guess what I'm trying to say is he had a chance to really showcase his violence and didn't really take it. Guns is a whole other debate, too much freakin' testosterone, maybe play rugby or enroll in an MMA tournament to get your fix and try to avoid guns? hahaha!

While I enjoy the Templars I researched a little bit about the subject of this song. I guess life is not so "black and white" as one would assume. Obviously the issue of crime in the US intersects with race and class and the way the criminal justice system deals with it. However, in reference to Goetz, he is being praised for taking matters into his own hands, which is understandable I guess. However, he had the chance to really exact "justice" against "communist" forces
