@PrensaFMLN You've got to be kidding me! No, it's sad that you have to evict someone but why make the the mortgage holder or landlord pay the bill when the renter/homeowner cannot. I own and live in a duplex and depend on my tenant to pay the rent so that I can make my mortgage payments. If they don't pay, we will both be out. There is a bigger need for emergency assistance.
