  • you dickheads that talk about muscle mass!!!! this is a strength training video it increases your type 2 muscle fibers. This guy would be strong, he has a lack of mass for a reason. Ie a basketball gaurd that wishes to not loss their quickness or agility will lift heavier weights low reps to avoid too much muscle hypertropy

  • im 13 only 202lbs of solid power and drug free and i can do all of that with ease because i hold numberious fitness titles in my school. :)
