you dickheads that talk about muscle mass!!!! this is a strength training video it increases your type 2 muscle fibers. This guy would be strong, he has a lack of mass for a reason. Ie a basketball gaurd that wishes to not loss their quickness or agility will lift heavier weights low reps to avoid too much muscle hypertropy

He does it too fast, doing all kinds of exercises slowly, makes it harder, and more effective

im 13 only 202lbs of solid power and drug free and i can do all of that with ease because i hold numberious fitness titles in my school. :)

he can because of the body weight..in that case none.
if u are above 80 kg (bodybuilding) that's not gonna be so easy.
