In this quick video I show you how to replace a Sega Dreamcast controller joystick. The only tool you will need is a Phillips head screw driver.

Would you happen to know if/where I can find the replacement analog stick assemblies from? I have a controller that is worn out to the point that the stick freely twists. Google's not being very helpful at the moment. Didn't see anything on eBay either.

I haven't found a place to buy them ether. I typically just use other broken controllers to make a working one.

Fair enough. Guess I'll just have to get another controller and use this one for parts. Would be a good business opportunity for someone with the money to invest in the machinery. Seems like "retro" gaming is a continually growing thing. Vendor support could make a killing.
