@NigDub Those those guys you see on the left of the stage are called...Messengers (Colin King & Danny Mitchell), they supported Ultravox on the Monument (1982) & Set Movements (1984) Tours, this performance was from 1982 I believe. They did release an album and single called 'I tune in to you' I thing they were both produced by Midge Ure if i recall
