Reimer himself in a post game interview said he didn't feel it was intentional or a headshot. He's more sportsmanlike than his fans.

Pause at 9 seconds and you can see that right when Gionta hits Reimer, Phaneufs shoulder is also hitting Gionta. No way he could avoid it. And if you look at the beginning Gionta sees Reimer and steps to the left so he doesn't run him over.

He goes looking for a rebound, like he is supposed to. When the rebound doesn't go his way, he turns his back to avoid Reimer, but bumps him.
