I have a Sorento and it weighs approx 5600 lbs.I dont see how my relatively small SUV can weigh 1600lbs more than a big car like this.I dont believe this car only weighs 4000lbs.I once saw a 1975 Coupe De Ville & it weighed 6600lbs & is only a few inches longer than this car,sumpin aint right.

chompychomps) 4,000 lbs my ass that car is more like 6,500lbs!!!! a 1980 to 1992 fullsize cadillac sedan deville is 4,000 lbs and is alot smaller with a smaller engine! anything from 1977 and back is alot heavier big block car built stronger alot more steel involved ...full frame the guage of the frame is thicker so is the panels...

Misleading - did they put red wine in those glasses or jelly. The close ups they showed was it on a dynamo or the road. The fuzzy pictures makes me suapicious. Great car anyway.

I have a 1969 electra 225, ill post it hopefully tomorrow.....(it looks like the coolest car ever) (badly damaged under carrage tho)

Uh, try 4,000 lbs. The soft ride part is true, but you have to run the bias tires. Radials, while much more efficient, cost you much comfort.
