@TheWanted23x that's a common problem that most people (including myself) have when learning the toad, basically you've got to slow the trick down, and really make sure you take a big exit jump and try to bring your heels together. It took me several weeks to break that habit though, so mostly it's persistence
when i do the toad lifting myx right leg, my left foot kicks out after jumping and uncrossing my arms, why does this happen and how can i stop it? thanks :)

Long handled ropes are the best.
Its a good rope, and with the long handles its way hetter
