That is incorrect, all GEVO's numbered 766x and up are ECP equipped as well as the ES44AC's however this particular train was not ECP as this video was taken prior to the ECP trains
Yeah, they run a NS 722 loaded coal train from Andover, VA to Clover, Va via Bulls Gap and Bristol. 3 units on the head and 2 DPU pushers. This train is the new ECP brake train.
That's not a ECP train if those engines are ES40DC's. Only the ES44AC's have ECP braking.

Hey, I live in J-borough, I saw a coal train headed towards Bristol with pushers on the back. Don't remember the date though. This was at night also
