Tristan strands on the coast of Ireland where Isolde, doughter of the king, finds him and heals him from his wounds. She falls in love with this myserious man from Cornwall but knows that this love can not be. She tells Tristan that they can not see each other again. But their love is too strong.
Isoldes father finds out that there is a stranger hiding somewhere in his country. It is too dangerous for Tristan to stay in Ireland any longer. Finally he has to leave Isolde...
