Why did you put 2 cuts right at the most crucial parts of the landing?
-
That's not a runway -- that's a ski jump for aircraft! Nice job by the pilot, and cool plane.

what's with the edit @ :57? is this one landing or 3? suppose i could put up with the babble thumpers if they paid the pilot well.

@mrsmelzbad congratulations fella...you've seen better, but you know the big question is, 'have you DONE better?'

You got the money - I got the yayo! ;)

seen pilots in Alaska do much, much better. this is routine stuff.

... the reason they use Pilatus for bush flying is they have incredible power (turboprop) to lift out of tight spots, and they have one of the toughest landing gears in the world.

AMA, is only one of the biggest world wide, bush pilot mission around the world. They have the best bush pilots around, and they help out in all kinds of remote areas, and natural disasters, like the giant Tsunami a few years back... And yes they are a christian organization, these Pilots are truly the closest thing to my real life heroes. GOD BLESS!
hi all, regarding this clip, it is a landing that indeed has a lot in common with the landing you have seen in the movie air america.. the strip is however not the same, it is in west-Papua (above australia, very remote). kind regards, Marc Ket, the pilot.
