I love Weight Watchers. That is what I am doing and I find it very livable especially because I travel a lot. Great job on getting back on plan and losing. You can do this!!

@Sessa79 Thanks Vanessa! I was doing Weight Watchers before (along with Clean Eating) because I really needed the portion control aspect of the program. I'm looking forward to the support through the At Work program...as long as we get enough people signed up. :) Do you go to meetings there in Spain or use the on-line service?
