Song: "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Bublé © 2009 Reprise Records/Warner Music Group

A typical day in the life of a St. George's University medical student.

Filmed on a cell phone (Samsung Eternity) entirely by myself (without a tripod) over 2 days. Final exams were coming up so it was a quick project and as you can see, I did not have enough time to get props.

Also, I want to add that if you're an LGBT individual and you feel alone on campus, there are resources for you and groups you can join to feel like you belong. I was lucky enough to have some great LGBT friends who helped me while I was on the island. If you want more info, send me an email at kinnetics@gmail.com and I'll let you know of the Facebook group!

  • The paper shows a man's suit but the sand figure on the beach is of a woman. Change the paper to a dress and you got it. Great!

  • @guestt1992 lol It was done on purpose actually. I always put breasts on my male friends when I bury them at the beach :)

  • How accessible is the campus and the island in general for a wheelchair student wishing to pursue the MD program?

  • @Ragvir2856 Hi! I don't think you'll have a problem. Some of the older dorms don't have elevators (like the freshmen ones) but the newer superdorms do so make sure to tell Housing that. There is quite a large hill to get to the library and some of the buildings so it may be difficult for you but I wouldn't say it's impossible. Other than that, I think you'll be ok...just remember to let the proper people know so they can make special accommodations for you. Best of luck in Grenada!

  • @sweetmeli101 Yeah, you're definitely right. I forgot to mention that because I went to IGA solely out of convenience and because I didn't have a car. There are definitely better options than IGA.
