u re wrong, Germany is buying oil from Russia but not England, they buy from Norway and also have their own in ocean. Only 1/3 of russias profit is from exporting raw resources which includes oil, gas, iron, wood, gold and etc...Also Russia is saling oil to japan, china and south korea.
