  • I used to have this record (not nearly in as fine condition as yours) but then sold it..

  • PJ is this Five Crowns the same group that would later be hired by the Drifter's manager George Treadnell to replace his Drifers group in 1959?

  • @doowoptm - I don't think this is the same group, but I could be wrong. I think this group broke up in the mid 50's

  • @cbfall - It's a good one. Although this song didn't sell well it did influence some of the mid 50's NY groups. As a matter of fact I think "A Star" by The Keynotes was loosely based on this song
