How to install HSPL ,RADIO,ROM,ANDROID on HTC HD2

This is my video on how to install HSPL 3 , a new RADIO, a cooked ROM and an ANDROID build. feel free to ask if you need help i check my video and messages everyday so i will get back to you ASAP

1st . get the HSPL3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6894936&postcount=2 and install to pc connect phone to pc run active sync or Windows Mobile Device Center then run HSPL3 this unlocks the phone to run cooked roms.

2nd .get the Elegancia WITH HTC Messaging rom http://hotfile.com/dl/72023949/64ce2ab/Miri_Steve0007_Elegancia_V5.0_FINAL.ra... or any htc hd2 / leo rom found here http://htcpedia.com/soft/htc-leo-rom.html while phone is connected to pc with active sync or Windows Mobile Device Center run the CustomRUU to install the Miri_Steve0007_Elegancia_V5.0_FINAL rom or any cooked rom for the HTC HD2

3rd. RADIO_2_14_50_04 here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787 while phone is connected to pc with active sync or Windows Mobile Device Center run the radio file if the radio folder doesn't have this CustomRUU http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4798017&postcount=1 in it put it in the radio folder and rename the radio file in the folder to RUU_Signed so it will install the radio to phone.


4th. Find and ANDROID BUILD you like here http://android.hd2roms.com/ then download to pc unzip the full android folder to pc desktop then while phone is connected to pc with active sync or Windows Mobile Device Center the go to start on pc open computer you should see your phone connected click it you should see two files one is the phone and other is the sd card copy and paste the full andriod folder to the root of sd card.

5th. charge phone to full charge then unplug

6th. on phone open task manager stop all programs running then open file explorer / sd card / ANDROID then click CLRCAD then click HARET give it 5 to 10 min to run and boot the android build for the first time.

BOOTING ANDROID IF YOU TRY TO BOOT ANDROID AND IT TAKES MORE THAN 20 MIN TRY TO REFORMAT THE SD CARD TO FAT32 AND 64KB . thats what my sd card is formated to . JUST MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP THE SD CARD 1ST SO YOU DON'T LOSE ANY OF YOUR INFO .


if you want the droid x livewalpapers on phone go here http://www.androidpolice.com/2010/06/27/motorola-droid-x-eye-live-wallpapers-... and download them then copy and paste them to root of sd card then install Apps Installer from ANDROID Market then run Apps Installer find the droid x live wallpaper apk file you want click install and you will have it in you live wallpapers only 1 can be used at a time

@shiryu1985 also are you trying to install a nand rom or sd rom as sd roms keep windows on phone and nand roms wipe windows from phone i use nand as i don't like windows you might try my other video if you don't want windows on phone just look at my other videos i have 3 this is the best way in the video CMW ,ADNROID NAND ,HTC HD2

when im on the hspl part the computer wont reconize my phone but my phone says usb

@killaninjabeast1 are you tying to install hspl ? and are you in the 3 colored boot loader screen ? also are you running all things as admin

@killaninjabeast1 have you tried a different usb cable or port , can you see the sd card on pc when phone is plugged in?

@killaninjabeast1 you might need the usb drivers for htc hd2 installed on pc if it does nothing when you plug phone in to pc

@shiryu1985 if so you might try to power off phone the boot in to magldr by powering up and hold power key untill it boots to magldr then go to usb flasher option wait then plug into pc

@yugi307 a cooked rom is rom thats not stock to the phone or one that has been pulled from a phone and tweaked to work better i am running android 2.3.5 with sense on my htc hd2 now :)
