February 2000.
I got every picture in my digital collection, gathered over the previous decade, strung them into a 9-screen slideshow and twisted them into a kaleidoscopic dance. Made before a soundtrack was added, this was primarily to project at Optic Alchemy's gigs, but I added a soundtrack anyway and left it to render... William Orbit's 'Montok Point' off the 'Hinterland' Album from his 'Strange Cargo' days was about the right length and it went Ok with the visuals.
The original got stolen and the backup was corrupted so I re-edited in April 2004 and made it a bit more synch sound.
I have another William Orbit video on my channel:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkPyJGSjaNY
Thanks to Tim Berners Lee, inventer of the www: many of these images were found during the early days of the web, and this video could not have been made and would not be on here now without the invention have gave to the world for free.
Not bad video, different but nice :)
