  • Prost hated this track too.

He liked to trailbrake but the track offline was very slippery ad treacherous so he had to adjust his driving style to reduce the risk of going off.

He was just relieved to finish it and move on to the next.

  • A hell of a race that was held in a pressure cooker......Imagine this: July in Texas.....100F.

  • @Holden308 : tambay is loosing his memory. he often make mistakes like that while commenting some memories.

  • @McLarenMercedes yeah i ve seen the race , everyone dissed it :) but for a fan it looked great hehe. shame senna spun in the beginning anyway :)

  • @kolumbijcan

The drivers themselves hated the Dallas "racetrack". Parts of the tarmac came loose, and in the heat the asphalt melted and provided next to no grip.

  • lol foca

  • i love this track....well all of such street tracks in america, they re just brilliant

  • Cattle Barn Rules Baby! Week after MJ, 108deg and 137.041 for the pole. Dansil Mansell. Still no Sammy in sight for the Texas Jam. Oh well, Elio ran good but at least didn't have to go to hospital @ Baylor Medical Centre. Good Show Ol'boy! Always loved you Sir N. But you ended up like fishing with a red-haired woman in Port Erin!!!! lb.

  • Bernie could eff up a cup of coffee. They spend all that cash on Indy and make it an F1 track, then sack it. Brilliant!!

  • And the race was won by Rosberg but his Williams FW09 had the Honda turbo engine, not an atmospheric engine.
