Map designer Aris Venetikidis is fascinated by the maps we draw in our minds as we move around a city -- less like street maps, more like schematics or wiring diagrams, abstract images of relationships between places. How can we learn from these mental maps to make better real ones? As a test case, he remakes the notorious Dublin bus map. (Filmed at TEDxDublin)

I am not Turkish and I know history; there was no genocide of Greeks in Turkey or in Ottoman Empire. You can not find any serious historian saying that!.. Turks ruled Greek's land for 400 years, if they wanted to make genocide, they could have done. During nationalism movement in 19th century and after the war in 20th century, Greeks and Turks fought. There were civilian causalities from both sides, more from Turkish side.

Why this guy starts his presentation with this controversial issue?

Lets try something else: Oink Oink Oink

Did you get it? because you're an uneducated PIG? Open a history book written by anyone else other than a turk. It'll open your eyes to what the rest of the world sees, not your distorted view of who knows what. Also, please, kindly remover yourself from existance.

The genocide aganist Greek people does not exist in any history book. No serious historian would confirm that there was any genocide. People is trying to alter the reality with propaganda!

Anonimitylost, what a classy word BTW, sandnigger?

Minor Asia? genocide? You should be kidding. What a loser.

Who would use TED for making such ridiculous propaganda?

That is the worst speech I have ever seen. Idea is terrible anyway!
