Queen Anne's Lace - wild carrot - Daucus carota - smells and tastes just like carrot - poison hemlock does not smell like carrot. The flowers are nice in salads, excellent source of potassium. Tea is good for digestive problems. Mature wild carrot seeds are most frequently used as an herbal birth control.

  • As far as confusing for hemlock- it really does smell like carrots. I would be more concerned with the other comment someone made about causing miscarriages... maybe that's why the baby was upset lol.

  • I would love to talk to some one that uses it as birth control and if they've had any problems. i'm on pill and don't like any of the doctors forms of birth control and would love to try this yet I can't risk getting Preggo...

  • @zholyrebel I think they smell like licorice

  • Beautiful vidéo !!! Thanks so much ! A women from France (Lyon)

  • that look so much like hemlock i dont even think ill try it lol.

  • @julietma you shouldn't eat it pregnant it will kill your baby thats no no she was saying that on the video it keeps you getting pregnant and it can cause miscarriages

  • i have tons of this in my yard, and most smell like carrot but some dont.

  • We always thought the black thing in the Queen Anne's Lace was a chigger (painful little biting bug). I'll still be careful of them, but, after this, I'm definitely going to use it more :).

  • Thanks for the video. Tried the flower with peanut butter today, and excellent!

  • I think these are wonderful video's. I wish wisewoman lived next door to me...
