  • is riches really your last name?

  • @jblove53 There is no point in having a ripped physique if you don't have the muscle to pull it off, stupid having a low % bf if all you do is look skinny and in need of a good meal... The gym has a lot to do with a good physique. But you're right in saying eating habits need sorting.

  • ai se tu pego O.o?

  • my friend, you've achieved it.

  • I was wondering why my biceps didn't get bigger, but just 'stronger'. Than I trained my biceps with this method for 1 1/2 week..and gained 1 cm..thank you for the tip :)

  • I'm gonna try this next time when i ever go to the gym again

  • @TheTribalchief haha!

    Comment.. like a Swede!

  • quality over quantity!

  • I hear what he is saying but conditioning comes from eating properly. It has very little to do with the gym. Cardio can maintain a ripped physiqe but if you haven't changed your eating habits you won't be ripped.

  • u got nothing on me 20blser, i can bitch slap 40 or even 60 :)
