It's always so hard to explain gymnastics via words hah. I'll probably have the progression video up on Friday for you and whomever else is interested in learning a diam.
Hmm, I'm not sure if I do. I'm bringing my camera into practice tomorrow and can film a few progressions of how I worked up to the diam. It really can be worked in the middle of the rails or at the end, all depends on you.
Ultimately what I was trying to say is you try the diam, but rather than immediately trying to come all the way up & around you merely bring your other arm to the rail your base arm is on until you're landing in handstand. Then you begin trying to bring it all the way around.
At the end of the rails swing as high as you can in the front while doing a diam motion to your base arm. So basically do a diam as high as you can bring the arm around and to the rail that your base arm is on .. I hope that makes sense. That's how me and a teammate of mine went about learning it.
eww...that was so wierd..i reandomly typed in heely and the i was watching the video and i was like thats wierd.the guy looks like dylan and then i was like woah teh gym settings the same and then i heard kevin and greg in the background and i was like woah..
