Some footage from the Old Car Festival (Saturday) 2011. It was a fun day of train/car watching.

  • @knotenough2 Thanks, I can't wait to see your new video. I always enjoy the videos from the crew's point of view.

  • I may have gotten a little carried away with the crossing whistle...

  • @dti601 No way, I always enjoy it when you're at the whistle. You did scare me a couple times when I wasn't expecting it (the camera probably jerked and can be seen in the video).

  • Nice video.. Now i wish i would have hung around the other night, i don't remember it getting that dark. in years past.glad to see edison back in action, with the bessemer "dimming" headlight appliance

  • @knotenough2 This was on Saturday, I did like the headlight dimming and getting brighter before moving. It really lit things up back in the woods. I can't really remember if it was really that dark, or if it was just because of the camera. I know it was pretty dark out, but it was really cool. I road the last train pulled by the Torch Lake for the day and the last pulled by the Edison (which by that time it was as dark as the shot of it pulling away from the station after everybody got off).

  • @aocruiser It was a lot of fun. Thanks

  • What a great time this must have been! Awesome video!

I actually didn't mind going. I love seeing the trains and this was only my second time this year.
