Gracie's Theme by pianist Paul Cardall.

Paul Cardall said, "I was born in 1973 with a severe congenital heart defect. Over the years I have been deeply affected by other sick children. One particular child was Gracie, a baby, who passed after a failed heart transplant. Its heartbreaking to watch parents fight to keep their children alive only to see them slowly slip back into Gods loving arms. However, it is inspiring to witness children whove been fortunate to continue their journey in this life. I am one of those. Regardless of the outcome it seems these experiences teach the value of life and how fragile it truly is. We live for a short while, but in the end we all go home to that God who gave us life."

  • So beautiful. <3

Rest in peace, beautiful baby Gracie.

I know you're watching over your wonderful family with you Heavenly Father.

  • Moving and beautiful! Thank you! I am grateful for the knowledge of eternal families and that this family will someday be reunited with their perfected litle Grace.

God's love for us is a miracle!

  • this just braks my heart..

  • as a parent this touched my husband he has now chaged his ways and working on becoming a better parent

  • As I looked at Gracie's eyes, I was filled with nothing but pure love for her. If I had felt any anger or anxiety beforehand, it was gone in moments. When I looked at her, I saw nothing but pure, innocent beauty. Our Father shared with me that this is how He feels towards all His children. Of course, He feels far more for us than I ever could. But still, it was a small taste of how He sees us - like His beautiful, innocent babies.

  • moved to tears. RIP sweet Gracie!
