Lol my favorite one that they did was when they put a tube up one of the guys asshole and then they poured liquid down the tube and then he squirted the liquid out again into one of the guys face :)

why is he in a hospital?

Because in the film each of them die in a car that drives through an exploding caravan, (yes..... i know) They are sent down to hell where they are then told that they can have their lives back if the commit the seven dedly sins back here on earth. So the reson that they are in a hospital was so that they could get some footage of them comming back to life, but they just turned it into a stunt instead :)
