@bebop00 not always mine was running on 3 cylinders and it shook like crazy fixed it runs so smooth now it didnt shake or anything and the mounts were solid....i ended up swapping them out later but still

i think your better of just rebuilding the ka i think you have rod knock or just replacing it. that think even bolted in? haha

You probobly put the spark plug wires in wrong!! They are suppose to go a certain way in the distributer!! Or it will run like that!! And go buy some nismo motor mounts!!
