Hey gang!

Sorry for my kinda melancholy attitude in this video. Rainy days and Mondays always get me down :) Anywho, here's an update on my weight loss. I also ramble a little bit, so just be warned. Lol. Love all you guys and as always, thanks for your support :)

  • 1.8 Wahooo! 150's? Holy crap girl. On the days I work out I usually eat another serving of protein or a Jay Robb Protein shake, especially if you get hungry. Most people find if they exercise they eventually get zapped of energy. Those people who don't tip are jerks! Great to see ya. Great job this round! You are rockin it!

  • @hsnnut Thank you so much! Yeah, I get a lot of people that tell me they don't think I weigh as much as I do but I guess it's because my weight is so evenly distributed on my entire body. My FB name is Rachel HCG :)

  • @last20pounds I think I may do that, Aileen. I don't figure it can hurt anything to maybe just have a bit more protein, so I'll probably do that today. Just add maybe an ounce and a half or so of some grilled chicken right before I really get started working tonight. We'll see tomorrow I guess!
