Yes we need evidence, but things like meditation do have some form of proof in that positive thinking can cure some diseases even. These things are not always repeatable though but often medicine depends on the patient.

Science is not childish. You wouldn't be using the medium of the internet would you and have the opportunity to tell so many people about your spirituality.

You cannot pick and chose your Science. If Science says there is no 5000 year cycle then surely you cannot use the internet either.

I went on a silent retreat to a Brahma Kumaris centre here in Australia, It was absolutly amazing, and gave me this awesome sensation of peace and empowerment. I definetly recommend anyone to go try one for themselves. Raja Yoga is life changing. Om shanti!

I'm practising this meditation since 2 weeks ,believe me this is a wonderful feeling coming from my heart in the form of pleasurable rays that i can't explain,i'm seeing my attitude and heart ,both becomes calm and energetic,i have find my original aim of life in me,but one thing is needed for rajyoga is Constant Remembrance with love..
