Dassault Mirage F-1

The Dassault Mirage F1 is a French single-seat air-superiority fighter and attack aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation as a successor of the Mirage III family. The Mirage F1 entered service in the French Air Force in the early seventies. Powered by a single SNECMA Atar turbojet providing about 7 tonnes of thrust, the F1 has been used as a light multipurpose fighter and has been exported to about a dozen nations. More than 700 F1s have been produced.[1]. Among the second generation European supersonic fighter (ie, among those built in the sixties and early seventies) the F1 was the most successful, most significantly because almost all of its users have used it in wars and regional conflicts.

F1 yes, but its French, and im pretty sure the F-15 and especialy the 5th generation air superioty figther the F22 over performs it.

The regular F15 could also be loaded up with Air to Ground ordinance. Just like the F22 for no fucking reason >.> It's what we did before the strike eagle. F-1's the same thing.

The F-15 is Air Superioty figther mate, there s also F-15E Srike Eagle, which is a Strike figther version.

Yes now its a multirole but orgianly intended to be air superiority, like Eurofigther typhoon orginaly designed as air superioirty but became multi role. Everyone loves Air Superioirity jets, but the thing is with them, they cost money, lots of it.

Think the F15 before we came up with the Fighter bomber version.

This makes no sense, he says the F1 is an air superioty figther and attack (as it is) but then below at start it sasys 'Mirage F1 ,Dassault Strike Figther', strike figthers are different to air superioty figthers, you see air superiort figther have been designed to carry out any role perfectly, both ground attack and air to air as well as intercepting, etc, etc, it basicaly breches past the enemys defences and wreaks havoc, read on...
