Any kind of pandemic--which would most likely be CAUSED BY THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF--would be very difficult to detect in the first place, given our already socialized and sad healthcare system. If you went into your doctor complaining of flu-like symptoms, there is a reasonable chance that everything would be attributed to stress, and that it is all in your head.
