Fly fishing on the East walker river in May 2011 with the Western Trout Wrangler. Fishing this time of year can be unpredictable as some days in the eastern sierras produce lots of big fish while others are filled with snow and caught logs. We had some bad weather and slow fishing but managed to land a few trout. We had a great few days on the river and will be fishing there again in the next few days. Every day is a blessing, especially if you get to spend that day fishing.

On the Nevada side...Heaven on earth. no crowds,no trash, no bulllshit. Better be prepared though...Almost 2 hrs. from the nearest part store or gas station.
