1) 4:89 is about dealing with apostates, first you are suppose to forsake them as friends (how tolerent!!), if they don't come back to being a muslim (i.e. way of allah), they are to be killed wherever they are found. I am guessing english is not your first language.

2) Can you honestly tell me that apostasy is not a crime in islamic countries, or are you just going to skate around that issue.
