Nick Jonas Love Story Chapter 58

So, guess what? I had my math exam, and I think I did okay, SOO I think I shall post 2 or 3 chapters today, just because I can and just because I got 30 SUBSCRIBERS :D Thanks so much for all of the comments and ratings and especially subscribing :)

It seemed like ages later that I heard a small knock at the door, I tried to turn over, and tried to pretend that it didn't hurt. I struggled to do it, but I didn't want to show them how much it stressed my muscles just to do that. They would worry way too much. When I saw them come in, Kevin leading the way, I had a smile a mile wide. My brothers were here. But Joe and Kevin weren't smiling. They had shocked looks on their faces, stared down at my exposed legs. Why couldn't these ugly yellow things be longer?

They walked over to my bed and sat down, still staring. I sighed and the smile was off of my face. I pulled the blanket over my deeply scared, and just now healing, legs. They were still bruised and bleed once in a while, but most of it was scabbed over. It looked bad.

"It doesn't hurt as much as it looks like it would..." I said quietly. Actually, it did hurt that much, but my mind usually wasn't on my legs. Kevin shook his head and gave me a half-hug, over the bed rails. Joe did the same and they both sat back, and then they smiled. I was waiting for that. It made me smile too.

"Jeeze, you guys. I'm glad you can still smile. I was worried for a second there." Joe laughed and grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"I missed you. It's boring with just Kevin and Nick. I think Frankie is the most entertaining person in the house now." I squeezed his hand back. I was glad to here they missed me. I smiled.

"Yeah, I missed you guys too." We spent forever just talking and then it was quiet. After a minute of the silence, we all looked at eachother and burst out into laughter.

"Hey, I forgot to tell you!" Joe said enthusiastically. I was curious.. "Uh, I kinda of uhm..."

"He asked Hazel out. They've been going out since boxing day." Kevin blurted out, just because he knew it would bug Joe. And it did. Kevin laughed as Joe shoved him in the shoulder.

"Thanks, Kev." Joe said. I smiled. How did I know this was coming?

"And you don't mind dating a younger girl?" I said, just joking around.

"Nah, It means I can relive highschool again." He sat, leaning back in his chair.

"Joe, you never went to highschool." Joe raised his eyebrows at Kevin's comment.

"Or did I?" Kevin rolled his eyes and then got serious.

"So, how did this guy even get to you?" I sighed. I knew that was coming. It was kind of scarey actually, that this guy still wasn't found after this whole thing.

"He escaped from the jail that they never said he would. It's kind terrfying, thinking about it. I mean, if it's as high-security as they say it is, and he can escape it, I wonder what else he can do, you know?" They both sighed.

"Yeah, that sucks. I hope they get him." Joe said, kind of comically. He knows how to make any situtation funny... I laughed and realized how much it wore me out. And they saw it. Kevin got up.

"You're tired. You sleep and we'll be back soon, okay?" I shook my head, I didn't want them to leave, but I knew they would if they thought I needed sleep.

"Fine, as long as you swear you'll come back soon." I couldn't bare not having them too. They both agreed and were headed out the door. Something stopped them though. Kevin stood in the doorway, staring down at someone. It was quiet for a minute, and I had an idea of who he was looking at.
