Gwinnett Gladiators: Teddy Bear Toss 2007

The 4th annual Teddy Bear Toss with the Texas Wildcatters at the Gwinnett Gladiators.

At 3:29 into the first period over 2,500 teddy bears blanketed the ice at the Arena at Gwinnett Center on 13 January 2007.

Colton Fretter feeds fellow Glad' Brad Schell deep in the Wildcatters zone sliding the puck past Texas netminder Matt Yeats.

Gwinnett went on to win the contest 3-2 in regulation play in front of 7,503 fans giving the Gladiators a 22-11-4 ECHL 2006/07 record.

The relatively young Gladiators, 2005/06 ECHL American Conference Champions, now move into a first place tie with the venerable Florida Everblades at 48 points each.
