Real Ball Lightning Created in the Lab

Ball lightning could soon lose its status as a mystery, now that a team in Brazil has cooked up a simple recipe for making similar eerie orbs of light in the lab, even getting them to bounce around for several seconds.

okay I see your point but this dosn't explain the ufo theory. Consider gravity. these balls are just rolling around the ground and when people see them in the air they're not exactly falling like shooting stars.  And for those of you who are thinking; good, but I also thought about the airflow in the atmosphere. it still wouldn't explain the movement seen by millions from around the world. i.e. 90 degree plus turns not to mention the recent sighting in by our brothers to the east.
