but it seems black men dont approach submissive, intelligent black women. basing that on what i've seen in my friends experiences, these men overlook these women for the loud, flashy, disrepectful girls and then form these opinions about black women and spread it as it applies to everyone. any insight?

I've been watching the video. I must admit, you are right. As a black man myself, I find myself gravitating towards white women and women of other races/ethnicities because I'm am treated better. The relationships I have with women of other races are more enjoyable and fulfilling. And so naturally, I'm going to focus my time and energy on those relationships.
