Irish history with Pat Flannery. This was filmed 6/4/07. A very interesting talk on the system of law that was native to Ireland and existed all the way up to the 1600's when the Gaelic nobility was finally overthrown by English forces. • @xconvuXlsionsx, Ah, thanks. Didn't hear that. He truly is a grand teacher and I appreciate his work on this. Thanks for the clarification.

  • @BrTom0801 The 'joke' was that he was looking for his glasses, while they were on his face

  • 3:47 the word is humane, and yes, it is a far great er system than the one we have now. However, what is the internal joke? I would much enjoy having classes under this man's tutelage.

  • this is wonderful.

i want to know who the "anthropologist" "whose family was at the magna carte" is. great voice

  • Every legal studies student in the country has a little knowledge of Brehan Law.

  • A pity the same does not apply to our Judges in Ireland when they make bad judgement due to discrimination and projecting their own unresolved issues.

Perhaps it is fair to call our present judges - Boys in Curls.?
