yo Elliot! im16 years old and play high school football player. i play Defensive end and im playing fullback as well next year. Im looking to put on some solid size and strength as well as speed. i weigh 195 and my maxes are 325 for bench, 405 for squat and somewhere between 235 and 250 for power clean. i feel like my shoulders are lagging. is there any way you would be able to help me out? i recently heard that the clean and jerk was supposed to help with this? could you show me the form?
