  • very nice! well done!

  • Oklahoma. The only bad thing about them is that they shed leaves and twigs all over the yard and the seedlings sprout everywhere. They are rather messy but sure are pretty. However, sometimes the pink of the bloosom is different for each tree. Some are beautiful and some are a sickly brownish-pink. But I like them. Mimosa and Burr Oaks are my favorite trees.

  • I don't know where you are from but I love that you are 'fixing' to .......

I use that term all the time but folks from the North don't get it usually. Do you hail from the South? Ah, you must be since you have Mimosa trees everywhere. :)

  • Wow, they sell them? They grow wild all over my area. In fact, I have a seedling I'm fixing to try to transplant. It's growing in my backyard and i will move it to my front. Anyway, in a childhood home we had a huge Mimosa tree. It was the first tree I climbed. Mimosa and Buck Oaks are my 2 favorite trees!

  • I just oredered this tree today from spring hill nurseries, I can't wait to get it in the ground and growing.
