I don't use hotkeys for a good reason. I want people watching the video to see where I go with the mouse pointer and what I'm clicking. It makes the strategy I use a lot easier to follow.

No idea, I don't play the online version. Online gaming means I would have to mix with online gamers. Which is a frightening thought. For them.
