I think it is more fair to only message you once. I thought it thru and feel it is better to do it. But I think you also should say that those who message u should mention the title of the video that the annotation was in....If people who follow on twitter, can actually message u saying hi...without rewatching the vid that the annotation was in. And I love the idea of choosing the 15th person or so that really test out ur luck

i dont understand...

if it is the 15th person, even if that person messaged you 50 times, u still count it ONCE. (since its the same person)

so I dont see how its confusing except that your confused lol.

but yeah...it didnt make sense to me about what you said in the video even tho the concept of 15th PERSON (not times) seems perfectly simple

i think you should leave it opened. people have to be fast enough. besides you have to reload and enter again so it doesnt really matter.
