I've made some, now how should I store...? By the way they are delicious!! Next time I'm gonna try with less or no oil though - washing up the teflon etc. took ages. Bit messy. Maybe add the oil afterwards?

Some olive oils can be raw, actually but most shop bought ones are not... The way I see it is that foods like these are somewhat "recreational" and if you want to be totally pure then you would be choosy about your oil or not make a recipe like this.

Yes to your first question, so long as they are not poisonous of course : ) But this recipe is all about the amazing results you get with dehydration and oil.

what I learned from this: there is apparently something like garlic powder! I really didn't knew that, and why would anyone use that? garlic is already that easy to use %-)

Indeed, but sprinkling a pot is easier still! (Doesn't taste as good though)
