i am a hair dressser and never and i mean never heard of this u must be useing old school products if this happens... most things now days are actually organic from plants... the only thing we usley use is ammonia,achole,proxide, other then that never heard of anything else....

now i did learn in other countrys they use some of this stuff but in the usa no... the goverment as cut down on alot of our stuff.. hell our color is deluted our hair sprays duleted and more.. there for this is old news

unfortunately there are still products like these out there, more than many are a aware of. I check the information on a monthly basis to keep up to date. Of course every country has different regulations, as you are aware even stringent ones are under attack from hardly recognizable fake ones that are botched
