The music is sooo painfully awful! Who's decision was it to say "yeah, this music works for this video"? you should get your head checked. Also, this guy David doesn't seem to know the difference between a man and a woman.. He's working that poor girl to death. If you cant be sensitive to the physiological differences between a girl and a guy you should not be a trainer!
